Welcome to Name Tag Makers! By accessing or using our website nametagmakers.com (the “Site”) and Services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you disagree with any part, refrain from using our Site or Services.
1. Orders and Customization
1.1 No Minimum Orders
We do not require a minimum order quantity for our name tags.
1.2 Design Services
For orders that require custom design work not completed with our online editor, a $15 design fee applies. This fee covers our designer's time to create or modify artwork and provide digital proofs for client approval.
1.3 Proof Approval
If you have used our online editor to configure your tag design, the final design will be generated directly from your online configuration, and no additional art proof will be provided. Art proofs are only provided to customers who send us their design files and require us to create a custom design on their behalf. Please review the proof carefully, as the approved design will be final. We do not assume liability for any errors present in the approved proof.
1.4 Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discount codes may be available, subject to specific terms. Discounts may have limitations, such as a maximum deduction of $30 per order.
2. Delivery and Shipping
2.1 Processing Times
We process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of order confirmation. Expedited processing options are available for an additional cost.
2.2 Shipping Times
Orders are shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery window of 5–12 business days depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as postal or customs delays.
2.3 Address Verification
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Name Tag Makers is not responsible for additional shipping fees resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses. Any reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 Shipping Delays
Name Tag Makers cannot be held liable for delays once the package has left our facility. If you experience delays, please reach out to us, and we will assist with tracking the order.
2.5 Inspection and Claims
We encourage customers to inspect their order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
3. Claims and Warranties
3.1 Reporting Damages or Missing Items
If your items arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for consideration.
3.2 Limited Warranty for Defects
Our products include a limited warranty that covers material and workmanship defects for 5 days from the delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or environmental exposure.
3.3 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for defective items is limited to providing a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Customization Policy
Customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
4.2 Refunds and Store Credits
In cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement or store credit may be issued. Refunds are not offered unless legally required.
4.3 Return Process
To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide details and images of the defect.
5. Customer Privacy
5.1 Privacy Protection
We prioritize your privacy and take data protection seriously. We do not store credit card information and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Marketing Communications
You may receive promotional emails from us. To unsubscribe, use the link provided in the email or contact us directly.
6. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
6.1 Arbitration Agreement
All disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site will be settled through binding arbitration in Austria, following the rules set by the Austrian Arbitration Association. This arbitration agreement applies to all claims and excludes class action litigation.

Name Tag Makers reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
