At Name Tag Makers, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the customized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customized Product Policy

  • Non-Returnable Items: All customized items, including engraved name tags, are made specifically to your order specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is processed, it cannot be resold or restocked.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: We accept returns only for items that arrive with verified manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Examples of defects may include incorrect engraving due to our error or significant imperfections in the product materials.
  • Transit Damage: For items damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage to assist with processing a replacement or store credit.

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, contact us at info@nametagmakers.com within 5 days of delivery. Provide a description of the issue along with supporting photos.
  • Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Unauthorized returns or items returned outside of our guidelines will not be accepted.

4. Refund and Replacement Options

  • Store Credit or Replacement: For items confirmed to be defective or damaged, we offer either a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Design fees, shipping costs, and any associated taxes are non-refundable, except in cases where the law requires otherwise.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes within this grace period. After this period, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications will be possible, especially if production has already begun.

6. Additional Information

  • Final Sale: All approved replacements are final sale and are not eligible for additional returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Color Variations: Slight color variations may occur due to the nature of engraving. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.
