1. Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of order confirmation. Custom or high-volume orders may require additional processing time, and you will be notified in advance if any delays are expected.
  • Custom Design Processing: For orders that require custom design work, including the creation of art proofs, processing will begin only after design approval. This may affect overall shipping timelines.

2. Shipping Methods and Options

  • Standard Shipping: We use USPS as our standard shipping provider. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • National (USA): 2–4 business days after dispatch
    • International: 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, order size, and selected shipping method.
  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for details on eligibility.

4. Address Verification

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Name Tag Makers is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for an updated address and may charge additional shipping fees to re-ship the order.

5. Tracking and Order Updates

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available). Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Unforeseen Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs clearance, or extreme weather.
  • Assistance: If you experience a significant delay, please contact us. We will work with USPS to address any issues and provide updates on your order status.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged items for verification and, once confirmed, will arrange a replacement or store credit.

8. International Shipping and Customs

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout.
  • Customs Clearance: Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Name Tag Makers is not responsible for these delays.
